Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
The degree seeking DNP program is a doctoral program intended for students who have earned at least a bachelor's or master’s degree in nursing at the time their application is submitted. Early Admit applicants - those who complete their degree before the program begins - are also eligible to apply.

The DNP degree program starts in the Fall term and is offered in a cohort format.

Post-Doctoral Certificate Program
The Post-Doctoral Certificate Program is designed for the APRN who has a doctorate in nursing and wishes to broaden their scope of practice. The certificate program starts once a year in the Fall.

The form below will open your initial application for admission to the cohort. This initial application will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. After submitting the initial application form, you will need to submit your $50 application fee to start the application process. Applicants will then receive information regarding the submission of all required supporting documentation.

Additional Program Requirements

The DNP requires that all applicants hold an active, unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in the state in which nursing practice will occur.

RN License must be active and unencumbered by the end of the first semester of the DNP program
RN License must be active and unencumbered throughout the DNP program

The Post-Doctoral APRN Certificate Program requires that all applicants hold an active, unencumbered licenses as a Registered Nurse in the state in which nursing practice will occur.
